I've always been taken with the brewing process behind wine, beer and liquor.  To me it is proof that humans - hand in hand with plants- are fully capable of magic. 

That being said, there is a time and place for such magic.  Alcohol has been known to set its grasp upon many, often inflicting more harm than pleasure.  My goal with this class is to set positive intention and ceremony when it comes to libations. 

Cordials are a beautiful way to indulge in your favorite spirit, while staying in touch with your herbal allies.  A simple infusion of rose petals in white wine is also a great conversation starter at your next backyard BBQ.  I often mix up a batch of herbal wine a week in advance of a gathering of friends or to present as a housewarming gift for a new pal.
